(Insert wide eyed, embarassed emoji here)
So I just want to say first off.. If you are my parents, in laws, grandparents, or even aunts or uncles.. Just read the next paragraph and then move along. Let's save ourselves the embarrassment.
Everything in Korea seems to be sexual. "Dildo ice cream"- as Lisa Wilson would say, Haesindang Park (Penis Park)in Sinnam, Loveland in Jeju, and ... THE LOVE MUSEUM in Hongik. For a country that isn't about PDA or openly discussing sexual things, they sure do have a lot of SEXUAL THINGS going on! (Google Loveland as well as Haesindang Park. And rest assured that I am going to try my best to make it to both places before we leave.) On Sunday Drew and I wanted to take an adventure, and we ended up in Seou, Hongik to be exactl. I'd be lying if I said we didn't take the 2 hour train ride ONLY for the world's best Bubble Tea, so I'll admit that to you now. (Again, we are obsessed. I think you've probably caught on by now.) After we got some, we walked around this college town. There is a HUGE Forever 21 and an even bigger H&M, so we went there first. (Drew has a squadron Christmas party Friday and as of Sunday I had ZERO options of things to wear.) We both shopped and found some good things, reached our shopping limit almost instantly, (I DESPISE SHOPPING and well, he's a guy) and wanted to fill some more of our day with fun. A few weekends ago, we went to the Trick Eye Museum. I think I mentioned in that same post that there was a Love Museum in the same building. Well, Sunday, we decided to check it out.
The Love Museum. Ohhhhh the Love Museum. Just the name alone should concern you. And then when you walk inside and see groups of 40-something women blushing and laughing (uncomfortably) you are even more concerned. I'm trying to keep typing stuff about this place so I can avoid posting pictures, but I think the time has come. So, if you don't want to see boobs, butts, or weird sexual things.. Call it a day and move on. If you really want to see the weirdness of Korea, keep on scrolling.
Seriously. I warned you. This is rated R for nudity type of stuff.
Are you 18 or older?
Do you really want to see this?
Okay!!

I'm really trying to put off showing these pictures. Can you tell?
See? How is all of this in a country as conservative as Korea?!
(PS. There are WAY MORE inappropriate photos that I didn't post here. If you want to see them, text me. Depending who you are, I might send them to you. They are SUPER funny, but I know my mom well enough to know that she went all the way through this post and looked at every picture. [Hey mom.] Plus they really don't need to be online haha.. Well none of these do, but I'm just educating the world about the wonders of South Korea.)
So there ya go! The Love Museum of Seoul.
